Fully Furnished
At Reserve, each home is fully furnished. Communal areas include a sofa, chair(s), coffee table, mounted flat screen TV, dining area furniture and bar stools. Bedrooms come with a full XL mattress and bedframe, nightstand, desk, and desk chair.
Individual Leasing
We offer leases by the bed space, not by the unit. This means each resident signs their
own lease, giving you flexibility, financial security, and simplified transitions. Experience
the comfort and assurance of a lease designed specifically for you.
Location
Located across the street from campus, The Reserve is the perfect place for your home away from home! Connected to the heart of campus through a paved walking trail or a quick two minute drive, our prime location allows residents easy access to campus life with the privacy of elevated off-campus living.
Management + Maintenance
Our on-site team is what makes the whole community work. We are proud to employ such dedicated and hard-working individuals. From move-in to move-out, we want your experience with us to be seamless.
Property Overview
The Reserve is located in Edwardsville, IL across the street from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. We offer a variety of updated amenities including a resort style swimming pool, 24 hour access to a fully equipped fitness center and private study rooms, grilling stations, and fire pits.
Roommate Matching
Our roommate matching service is available for free upon request. Our team takes the time to get to know our future residents by reviewing their profiles. From there, we personally match them with roommates that have shared interests, study and sleep habits, majors, and more.
Peace of Mind
At The Reserve, our first priority is the comfortability of our residents. All our private suites and apartments, as well as amenity spaces, are accessed via secure electronic key fobs. We also have an after-hours team that monitors lockouts and maintenance emergencies in the community while the leasing office is closed.
Pets Policy
Two (2) pet maximum per unit is permissible with applicable breed restrictions for dogs as follows: Pit Bulls aka Staffordshire Terriers, Dobermans, Rottweilers, Chow Chows, Presa Canaries, Shar Peis, Akitas, Wolf-Hybrids or any other breeds in combination of stated mixed breeds.
All pets must be under 50 lbs in weight and be licensed and vaccinated per law. Visiting animals are not permitted. There may be a required Pet Security Deposit and/or non-refundable Pet Fee. In addition, there may also be a monthly Pet Rent fee. Should the pet later become a nuisance or threat to another resident or property, at Management's discretion, the pet may be requested to be removed from the Property.
